1. You are authorized to use our app only if you are a teacher or a parent of a 2nd grader.
2. Our app provides detailed reports for teachers, highlighting at-risk students with interactive charts, and facilitating tailored educational support.
3. We retain the right to change or modify our app at any time without prior notice.
4. We do not provide any warranties or guarantees for the services and products offered on our app.
5. All intellectual property, copyrights, and logos on our app are owned by EarlyInsight.
6. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any user account for any reason.
7. By using our app, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarlyInsight from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our app.
8. Our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. We reserve the right to change and modify our terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in California.
